Job Description
We are seeking aspiring individuals with a passion for aviation and a strong academic background to join our prestigious Cadet Pilot program. This program is designed to train and develop future pilots who will contribute to the success of our global flight operations. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma in a relevant field and 1-3 years of experience, demonstrating a strong aptitude for learning and a commitment to aviation excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Undergo rigorous flight training as per DGCA and company standards.
Acquire theoretical knowledge in aviation subjects including aerodynamics, meteorology, navigation, and air law.
Develop practical flying skills under the supervision of experienced instructors.
Maintain a high level of academic performance and demonstrate proficiency in all training modules.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Participate actively in simulator training and other ground school activities.
Demonstrate teamwork and communication skills with flight crew and ground staff.
