Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Supervise a team of service staff, providing guidance and training.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Assist in inventory management, stock taking, and ordering of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Support in financial aspects such as cash handling, billing, and basic reporting (leveraging B.Com knowledge).
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely order fulfillment.
