We are seeking a motivated and experienced Catering Executive to join our Facility Management team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for a professional with 2-3 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree, looking to contribute to the efficient and high-quality catering operations of a prominent corporate client. You will be responsible for overseeing daily catering activities, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day catering operations, including food preparation, service, and presentation.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Manage inventory of catering supplies, including food items, beverages, and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, service personnel, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of catering services.
- Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation, making adjustments as necessary.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Prepare reports on catering activities, expenses, and inventory.
- Assist in menu planning and development, considering client preferences and dietary requirements.
- Supervise and train junior catering staff.
- Collaborate with the facility management team to ensure seamless integration of catering services.
