Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of information security principles and practices, with a Bachelor of Science degree. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing robust security strategies to protect our critical information assets and ensure compliance with industry regulations within the power sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Manage incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and remediation of security breaches.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry best practices.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
- Monitor security alerts and logs for suspicious activities and respond accordingly.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security of systems, networks, and applications.
- Stay abreast of emerging security threats and technologies, and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
