Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chief Purchase Officer / Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) with 2-3 years of experience to join our Chennai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's procurement activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of financial services industry procurement needs and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM).

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies and policies.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors.
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage inventory and optimize stock levels.
