We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Claims Manager with a B.Pharma background to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial in managing and processing insurance claims related to our consumer electronics and appliances, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution. You will be instrumental in supporting our customers and maintaining the integrity of our claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process customer claims for product defects, damages, or warranty issues, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

Investigate claim validity by gathering relevant information, including product details, purchase history, and customer feedback.

Communicate effectively with customers, service centers, and internal departments to facilitate claim resolution.

Maintain detailed and organized records of all claims processed, including outcomes and any follow-up actions required.

Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance regulations, and legal requirements throughout the claims process.

Identify recurring issues or trends in claims and provide feedback to relevant departments for product improvement and process enhancement.

Assist in the preparation of reports on claim statistics and performance metrics.
