Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Retention Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our Mumbai-based team. This role is crucial in nurturing and strengthening our relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the Hidesign brand. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of client needs and possess a strong technical background, ideally with an MCA degree, to contribute to our client retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client loyalty and reduce churn.
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Monitor client engagement and satisfaction levels, identifying at-risk clients and proactively intervening.
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in products and services.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Prepare regular reports on client retention metrics and campaign performance.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client information and track interactions.
- Propose and execute targeted campaigns or initiatives to re-engage inactive clients.
- Ensure clients are aware of new product offerings and promotions relevant to their interests.
