Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Commis (Commi 1 / 2 / 3) with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Pharma degree and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical operations, quality control, and regulatory compliance within the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, validation, and implementation of manufacturing processes for medical devices and related pharmaceutical components.
- Conduct quality control tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet predefined specifications.
- Participate in the documentation of batch records, analytical reports, and other quality-related documents.
- Support investigations into deviations, out-of-specification results, and customer complaints, proposing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and other relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., ISO 13485).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance, to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure its calibration and validation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing and quality systems.
