Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Community Health & Safety team as a support role. This position is ideal for a recent B.Pharma graduate looking to gain experience in a dynamic startup environment within the BFSI sector. You will assist in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and stakeholders, contributing to the overall well-being and compliance of our operations in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct basic risk assessments and identify potential safety hazards within the workplace.
• Support in organizing and delivering health and safety awareness programs and training sessions.
• Maintain records of safety incidents, near misses, and corrective actions taken.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of safety and well-being.
• Respond to basic health and safety queries from employees.
• Support in emergency preparedness planning and response activities.
