We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Compliance Trainer with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive compliance training programs to ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory standards within the biotechnology sector. This role is crucial in fostering a culture of compliance and ethical conduct throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update training materials on various compliance topics relevant to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, including GMP, GLP, GCP, and regulatory affairs.

Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees at all levels, adapting content to suit different audiences.

Assess training effectiveness through quizzes, feedback forms, and performance monitoring.

Stay abreast of changes in regulatory guidelines and industry best practices, and incorporate them into training programs.

Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.

Assist in the investigation of compliance issues and provide necessary training support.
