We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Designer / Strategist with 1-3 years of experience to join our corporate communications team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for a B.Des graduate passionate about shaping compelling narratives and driving engagement through strategic content creation for the Iron & Steel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content strategies for various platforms, including internal communications, external branding, and digital channels.
Create engaging and informative content (text, visuals, infographics) that aligns with JSPL's brand voice and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, engineering, HR) to understand content needs and translate complex information into accessible content.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and trends within the Iron & Steel sector.
Optimize content for SEO and user experience across digital platforms.
Assist in measuring content performance and providing insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and industry standards.
