Job Description
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our growing team in Bhubaneshwar. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it adheres to our platform's guidelines and policies. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1-3 years of experience and a keen eye for detail. A Post Graduation is not required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and moderate various forms of user-generated content, including text, images, and reviews, against established community guidelines and policies.
Identify and flag inappropriate, offensive, or policy-violating content for further action.
Maintain a consistent and objective approach to content moderation, ensuring fairness and accuracy.
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior team members or relevant departments.
Contribute to the development and refinement of content moderation guidelines and best practices.
Stay updated on platform policies and industry trends related to content moderation.
