Role Summary:
NTPC Limited is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Corporate Affairs professional with 3-4 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various corporate affairs functions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and supporting the company's strategic objectives within the public administration sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of regulatory documents and reports with government bodies and statutory authorities.
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulations affecting the company's operations and advise management accordingly.
- Support the company secretarial function, including board meeting preparations, minutes, and compliance with corporate governance norms.
- Liaise with government agencies, ministries, and other public sector entities on behalf of the company.
- Conduct legal research and provide opinions on matters related to corporate law, contract law, and administrative law.
- Manage and maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to corporate affairs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all business functions.
- Assist in managing company litigation and dispute resolution processes.
