Key Responsibilities:

Assist in market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive landscapes within the Indian agrochemical market.
Support the development and execution of regional sales and marketing strategies under the guidance of senior leaders.
Help coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, supply chain, and R&D to ensure seamless operations.
Contribute to the preparation of business reports, forecasts, and presentations.
Engage in learning about product portfolios, regulatory requirements, and customer needs in the Indian agricultural sector.
Participate in field visits to gain firsthand understanding of farmer challenges and market trends.
