We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Manager with 0-2 years of experience to join our finance team in Guwahati. The Credit Manager will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of potential clients, managing outstanding receivables, and ensuring timely collection of payments. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of our organization within the dynamic clinical research sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in evaluating the credit risk of new and existing clients by reviewing financial statements and credit reports.

Monitor accounts receivable aging and identify overdue accounts.

Initiate collection activities through phone calls, emails, and letters to ensure prompt payment.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit files and payment histories.

Collaborate with the sales and accounts departments to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.

Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, collection efforts, and potential credit risks for management.

Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.

Support the finance department in other ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
