You will leverage your unique M.Des background to bring a fresh perspective to problem-solving and strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for an individual with 3-4 years of experience looking to contribute to a dynamic startup environment in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the investigation and documentation of potential legal disputes, intellectual property infringements, and contractual breaches relevant to our semiconductor products and services.

Conduct thorough research on relevant legal frameworks, arbitration procedures, and industry-specific regulations within India and key international markets.

Develop and implement dispute resolution strategies, potentially involving mediation, arbitration, or negotiation, with a focus on protecting company interests.

Collaborate with legal counsel, R&D teams, and business development to understand technical aspects of disputes and translate them into clear, actionable legal arguments.

Utilize design thinking principles and your M.Des expertise to analyze complex scenarios, identify root causes, and propose innovative solutions for conflict prevention and resolution.

Prepare reports, presentations, and case files for internal stakeholders and external legal representatives.

Maintain accurate records of all arbitration and dispute resolution activities.
