Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional with an MBA/PGDM to join our team as a Crime / Arbitration - Other specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and resolving complex disputes, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks, and contributing to the strategic mitigation of risks within our operations. This position requires a strong understanding of legal principles and business acumen to navigate intricate arbitration and dispute resolution processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret contractual agreements, legal documents, and regulatory requirements related to arbitration and dispute resolution.
- Conduct thorough research on case laws, legal precedents, and industry best practices relevant to arbitration and dispute management.
- Assist in the preparation of case files, evidence, and legal submissions for arbitration proceedings.
- Liaise with internal legal counsel, external legal advisors, and arbitration tribunals to facilitate smooth dispute resolution.
- Monitor and track ongoing arbitration cases, ensuring timely adherence to procedural requirements and deadlines.
- Develop and implement strategies for risk mitigation and dispute prevention across various business units.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on dispute resolution outcomes, trends, and recommendations for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on dispute resolution strategies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant Indian and international arbitration laws and regulations.
