The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of criminal law principles and procedures, with a keen eye for legal research and drafting. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research on various criminal law matters relevant to the NBFC sector.
Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents, petitions, and complaints.
Represent the company in police investigations and court proceedings.
Advise internal stakeholders on criminal law compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
Review and analyze case files, evidence, and legal precedents.
Liaise with external counsel, law enforcement agencies, and other legal professionals.
Maintain accurate records of legal proceedings and case progress.
