Join our team as CSR Head (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate CSR Head with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Design (B.Des) and a passion for driving impactful social and environmental initiatives within the hospitality sector.

Role Summary:
As the CSR Head, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing Corporate Social Responsibility programs that align with IHCL's commitment to sustainability and community development. You will work closely with various departments to ensure our CSR objectives are met and effectively communicated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conceptualize CSR projects focusing on community empowerment, environmental conservation, and sustainable tourism practices, leveraging design thinking principles.
- Coordinate the execution of CSR initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR programs, collecting data and preparing reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with local NGOs, community leaders, and government bodies to foster strong partnerships.
- Develop engaging communication materials (visuals, presentations) to showcase CSR activities and their outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant CSR regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in organizing community events and awareness campaigns.
- Conduct research on best practices in CSR and sustainable hospitality.
