We are seeking a motivated and organized CSR Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. This role is crucial in developing, implementing, and managing our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in alignment with JSW Steel's commitment to community development and sustainable practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of CSR frameworks and a passion for making a positive social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of CSR projects focused on education, healthcare, environment, and community welfare.
Conduct research and identify potential CSR opportunities and partnerships.
Support in data collection, monitoring, and reporting of CSR activities and their impact.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
Help in organizing community outreach programs and events.
Maintain records and documentation related to CSR initiatives.
