We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology vision and strategy for our semiconductor startup in Surat, India. This role is ideal for a candidate with a B.Sc in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry, ready to make a significant impact.

Role Summary:
The CTO will be responsible for defining and executing the company's overall technology strategy, overseeing research and development, and driving innovation in our semiconductor product roadmap. You will manage a team of engineers, foster a culture of technical excellence, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
