Role Summary:

In this role, you will assist in the development and refinement of training materials and educational content for our employees within the TV and Radio industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a 12th Pass qualification and a keen interest in learning and development to kick-start their career in a dynamic media organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior team members in researching and gathering information for curriculum development.
- Assist in creating and organizing training materials, presentations, and guides.
- Help in reviewing and updating existing course content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new training initiatives.
- Proofread and edit educational materials for clarity and grammar.
- Maintain organized records of all curriculum-related documents.
- Learn and apply foundational principles of instructional design and adult learning.
- Provide administrative support to the learning and development team as needed.
