Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Advocate. In this role, you will be instrumental in understanding customer needs, gathering feedback, and advocating for improvements in our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent MBA/PGDM graduate to gain hands-on experience in customer relations and contribute to enhancing customer loyalty within the NBFC sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their experiences, pain points, and feedback.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback from various channels (surveys, reviews, direct interactions).
- Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product development, service improvements, and process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to champion customer needs and drive the implementation of solutions.
- Develop and maintain customer advocacy programs and initiatives.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and report on key trends.
- Assist in resolving customer escalations and ensuring a positive resolution.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in customer advocacy and customer experience.
