Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Retention Specialist - Non Voice. This entry-level role is ideal for recent LLB graduates looking to apply their analytical and communication skills in a dynamic business environment within the leather industry. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving, ensuring long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with existing customers through non-voice channels (email, chat, internal ticketing systems) to understand their needs and address concerns.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify potential churn risks and implement retention strategies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to provide customer insights and feedback.
- Assist in developing and executing customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
- Ensure all customer communications are professional, empathetic, and aligned with company policies.
