Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely updates on project progress.
- Understand client requirements, translate them into actionable tasks for the creative and technical teams, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Proactively identify potential issues and collaborate with project managers and technical leads to find effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs.
- Conduct client feedback sessions and analyze feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timelines, and reports.
- Liaise with the production and technical departments to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
