Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Success Associate to join our growing team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our clients in the electronic components and semiconductor sector achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires a strong understanding of technical products and excellent communication skills, suitable for individuals with a Master of Science degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful integration of our electronic components and semiconductor solutions.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their business needs, technical challenges, and goals related to our products.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for post-sales support and inquiries.
Monitor customer health and identify potential risks or opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients, leveraging your M.Sc background to explain product functionalities and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and technical support teams to ensure client success and advocate for their needs.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate value and ensure continued satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product improvement and service enhancements.
