Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Desktop Engineer with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and 0-2 years of experience to join our IT team in Nasik. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop infrastructure across our hotel properties. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software to support our business operations in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and deploy desktop operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to IT resources.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment for new hotel openings or renovations.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on various projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security best practices.
