Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day management of our e-commerce platforms (e.g., company website, marketplace listings).
Update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and imagery to ensure accuracy and appeal.
Monitor online sales performance, analyze data, and generate basic reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Support customer service inquiries related to online orders and platform navigation.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute online promotions and campaigns.
Ensure website content and functionality are user-friendly and optimized for conversions.
Learn and assist with inventory management for e-commerce channels.
