Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with 1-2 years of experience looking to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of eCommerce operations within a leading software product company. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our online sales channels and supporting various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and optimizing product listings on various eCommerce platforms.
Monitor order fulfillment processes and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders, shipping, or product information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
Support the implementation of new eCommerce initiatives and strategies.
Maintain accurate data in our internal systems and databases.
