Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and diligent EHS Officer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and a foundational understanding of environmental, health, and safety principles within the defence and aerospace industry. This role is crucial in supporting the implementation and maintenance of robust EHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of EHS policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Support in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and the implementation of preventive measures.
- Monitor environmental compliance, including waste management, emissions, and pollution control.
- Assist in organizing and conducting EHS training programs for employees.
- Maintain EHS records, including accident reports, inspection logs, and training documentation.
- Participate in safety audits and ensure adherence to safety protocols on the shop floor and in office areas.
- Stay updated with relevant EHS legislation and best practices in the defence and aerospace sector.
