This role is ideal for an individual with 3-5 years of experience who can leverage their technical expertise in electrical engineering alongside their legal acumen to support our professional services operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, managing contracts, and contributing to the technical integrity of our projects, bridging the gap between engineering requirements and legal frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret electrical engineering designs, specifications, and project documentation from a legal and compliance perspective.

• Assist in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts related to electrical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company policies.

• Conduct legal and regulatory research pertaining to electrical engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental laws in India.

• Provide technical input on legal disputes, claims, or arbitration related to electrical engineering projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal counsel, project managers, and engineering staff, to ensure project success.

• Monitor project compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.

• Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies for electrical engineering projects, considering both technical and legal factors.
