Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual with a legal background (LLB) to join our Engineering & Manufacturing team in Indore. This role will focus on the legal and regulatory aspects of our manufacturing and engineering operations within the Oil & Gas sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, managing contracts, and advising on legal matters related to our projects and day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-4 years of experience to grow their career in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate various engineering and manufacturing contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and procurement contracts.
- Provide legal advice on matters concerning environmental regulations, safety standards, and compliance within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Assist in managing intellectual property rights related to engineering designs and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct legal research and provide opinions on complex legal issues impacting the company's operations.
- Support the legal team in dispute resolution and litigation matters, if required.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable Indian laws and regulations governing manufacturing and engineering projects.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operational teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
