Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Engineering Services Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience and an LLM degree to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our engineering services department in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of services, managing junior staff, and liaising with vendors and internal teams to maintain high standards of service delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of operational processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret and apply regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the workflow of engineering service technicians and support staff.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).

Monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve service-related issues.

Prepare reports on service activities, performance metrics, and operational costs.

Provide guidance and training to junior team members.

Interpret and apply legal frameworks and contractual obligations relevant to engineering services.
