We are seeking a motivated and analytical Enterprise Risk professional to join our growing team in Indore. This role is crucial in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks across the organization, ensuring business resilience and strategic alignment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of risk management frameworks and a keen eye for detail, with 1-3 years of relevant experience and an MBA/PGDM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of enterprise risk management (ERM) policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify key risks and vulnerabilities across various business functions.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans in collaboration with department heads.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented risk controls and report on risk exposures.
- Support the preparation of risk reports for senior management and the board.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to risk management.
- Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning efforts.
- Analyze data to identify trends and potential risk areas.
