Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing strategies to support business objectives, focusing on lead generation and brand awareness.
• Manage all aspects of event planning, including budget management, vendor selection, logistics, and on-site execution for scientific conferences, trade shows, webinars, and corporate events.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, and communications teams to ensure event alignment with overall marketing campaigns and business goals.
• Create engaging marketing collateral and promotional materials for events, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
• Measure and report on event ROI, including lead capture, conversion rates, and attendee feedback, to optimize future events.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in event marketing and the biotechnology sector.
