We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Events & Banquet Coordinator. This role is crucial for managing and executing various corporate events, conferences, and banquet functions to ensure seamless operations and memorable experiences. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in event management and a graduate degree in any discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events including corporate meetings, seminars, product launches, and social gatherings.

Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and decorations.

Develop event budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines, tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.

Manage guest lists, invitations, registrations, and on-site event coordination.

Liaise with catering services to finalize menus and ensure high-quality food and beverage delivery.

Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and implement prompt solutions.

Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
