We are seeking a dynamic and creative Film Producer with 2-4 years of experience to join our Pune-based team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM and a passion for visual storytelling, with the ability to manage film production projects from concept to completion. This role involves creating compelling corporate films, marketing videos, and internal communication content that align with Andhra Paper Mills' brand and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute film production projects, including corporate profiles, product launches, marketing campaigns, and training videos.
- Develop creative briefs, storyboards, and scripts in collaboration with marketing and internal stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of pre-production, including budgeting, scheduling, casting, location scouting, and crew hiring.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with directors, cinematographers, editors, and other post-production personnel.
- Ensure all film content adheres to brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Analyze project performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in film production.
