We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Controller with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a B.Pharma degree and a strong understanding of financial principles, with a keen interest in the FinTech industry. This role will be instrumental in managing and overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity.
- Utilize financial software and tools for reporting and analysis.
- Leverage analytical skills to identify financial trends and provide insights for business decision-making.
