Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Flight Attendant / Steward with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our esteemed hospitality team in Guwahati. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests during flights, embodying the exceptional service standards that Taj Hotels is known for. Your design background will be an asset in enhancing the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by adhering to all aviation regulations and company policies.
* Provide exceptional in-flight service, including serving meals and beverages with attention to detail and presentation.
* Assist passengers with their needs, inquiries, and comfort, ensuring a pleasant travel experience.
* Effectively handle emergency situations and medical emergencies with calmness and professionalism.
* Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the cabin and galley areas.
* Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Utilize your B.Des background to contribute to the aesthetic presentation of service elements and cabin ambiance.
* Gather and relay passenger feedback to relevant departments for continuous service improvement.
* Adhere to all grooming and uniform standards.
