Join our team as Flight Load Controller (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Flight Load Controller with 1-2 years of experience to join our operations team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree and be responsible for managing and controlling the load distribution and balance of flights, ensuring safety and efficiency. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and determine the correct load distribution for each flight based on aircraft type, cargo, passenger manifest, and fuel.
- Ensure that the aircraft weight and balance are within the approved limits for safe operation.
- Prepare load sheets and other relevant documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with ground staff, flight crew, and operations control center to communicate load information.
- Monitor and adjust load distribution as necessary due to changes in flight plans, weather, or operational requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of all load control activities and documentation.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and aviation regulations.
- Assist in the training of new load control personnel as required.
