Join our team as Floor / Building Manager (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Floor / Building Manager with 2-4 years of experience to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our commercial and residential properties in Pune. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a proactive approach to facility management, tenant relations, and ensuring a safe and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned floors or entire buildings.
- Ensure all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security) are functioning optimally and coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns, requests, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce building policies and procedures, safety regulations, and emergency protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and rectify any maintenance or safety issues.
- Manage vendor contracts and oversee the work of external service providers.
- Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment for all occupants.
- Assist in the planning and execution of building upgrades and renovations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and tenant interactions.
