We are seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Management professional with 1-3 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This role will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing our food and beverage operations within the vibrant gaming industry environment at Nazara Technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a unique analytical perspective to enhance service quality, manage costs, and ensure a delightful experience for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and management of all food and beverage operations, including catering, cafeteria services, and event-specific requirements.
• Apply analytical and research skills gained from an LLM to identify trends, analyze consumer behavior, and propose innovative F&B strategies.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective procurement of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement new menu offerings and service standards.
