Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Footwear Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a passion for innovative footwear design. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing and developing new footwear lines that align with market trends and brand aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideate and design innovative footwear concepts from sketch to final product.
- Develop detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with product development teams, material suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure design integrity and quality.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Create compelling mood boards, color palettes, and material selections.
- Ensure designs meet functional requirements, comfort standards, and cost targets.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
