Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and technically proficient Foreman / Technician with 1-3 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our dynamic FMCG operations team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining production equipment, ensuring smooth plant operations, and supporting technical processes within our manufacturing facility. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and hands-on problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment according to safety and operational guidelines.
- Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support in data analysis and reporting related to production and maintenance activities, leveraging MCA skills for efficiency.
