We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Foreman / Technician with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Sc. degree to join our team in Indore. This role is crucial for overseeing daily operations in our laboratory and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our gem identification and grading processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of scientific principles relevant to gemology and possess excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the supervision of laboratory technicians and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, ensuring accurate results.

Monitor workflow and resource allocation to optimize laboratory efficiency.

Conduct quality control checks on grading reports and samples.

Support in training junior technicians on new techniques and equipment.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and operational data.

Troubleshoot minor operational issues and escalate complex problems to senior management.
