Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Gas Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our state-of-the-art facility in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various gas systems critical to our biotechnology manufacturing processes. This role requires a foundational understanding of chemical processes and a commitment to adhering to stringent safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate industrial gas systems, including compressed air, nitrogen, oxygen, and specialty gases.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and calibration of gas delivery equipment, pressure regulators, valves, and sensors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to gas supply, purity, and pressure.
- Ensure all gas systems comply with company safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of system performance, maintenance activities, and inventory.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new gas equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure seamless workflow.
- Respond to emergencies and alarms related to gas systems promptly and effectively.
