Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a BBA/BBM degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. This role will be crucial in supporting our hardware and network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations within our FMCG business. You will be involved in managing IT assets, coordinating with vendors, and assisting in the implementation of network solutions under the guidance of senior IT personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement, installation, and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Support the setup and configuration of network devices (routers, switches, access points) as per guidelines.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware assets and software licenses.
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, upgrades, and new installations.
- Provide first-level support for hardware and network-related queries from users.
- Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures related to hardware and network usage.
- Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and asset management records.
- Collaborate with the IT team on small to medium-scale projects related to hardware and network infrastructure.
