Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Hazard / Fire / Injury professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe and compliant working environment across our diverse infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Com degree and a strong understanding of safety protocols, risk assessment, and incident reporting within the real estate and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, fire risks, and areas prone to injury.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and emergency response plans in line with regulatory requirements.
- Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports with root cause analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of safety training, inspections, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in the development and delivery of safety training programs for employees and contractors.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety measures into all phases of project lifecycle.
- Manage the inventory and maintenance of fire safety equipment and first-aid supplies.
- Prepare regular safety performance reports for management review.
