We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head - Administration to oversee and manage all administrative operations at our Surat facility. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate administration, with a strong understanding of the Indian business environment.

Role Summary: The Head - Administration will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the administrative department, supporting business objectives through effective resource management and operational excellence. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including facilities management, vendor management, and procurement.
- Oversee office upkeep, maintenance, and security protocols.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless administrative support.
