Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head - Digital Marketing with 2-3 years of experience to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive lead generation, and support business growth within the packaging and containers industry. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and a proactive approach to campaign management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to achieve target ROI.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
Analyze website traffic and campaign performance data, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging digital content.
Manage social media presence and community engagement.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools and best practices.
